Increase your sense of well-being!

Dear friends & colleagues –

This Spring I will be offering another ON-LINE MIND over MATTER 5-week program, developed by INOVA Life with Cancer. This FREE program is designed for people affected by cancer and uses evidence-based strategies to help decrease feelings of anxiety and depression and increase a sense of well-being. Each week new tools using cognitive and behavioral approaches and mind/body strategies will be introduced and practiced.

The workshop starts Wednesday, March 27 (10-11:30 am) and runs for 5 consecutive weeks (see attached flyer). Please note that space is limited, and registration ends on 3/20/24.

If you know someone, who might benefit from these classes, please provide them with the attached information.

 With gratitude,

Sandra
