There's time left to participate in the Hawthorne Fall Challenge by walking, riding, and/or skating on the Virginia Capital Trail. If not there, make it virtual like Heather and go to your local park or neighborhood. Just get out and smell the roses before the snow comes. You'll be glad you did!
